Política de reembolso

Returns. Our policy lasts 14 days. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned unused, in their original conditions and original packaging. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. 

To complete your return write us an email ventas1@selecmoda.com and return the item to the following adress:

Return shipping costs are the responsability of the customer, as well as any customs fees for shipments outside the European Union. These expenses are not refundable.

Sale items ara non-refundable. 

Cancellations. You may cancel your order until it has been prepared for shipment. Initiate the cancellation form your account or contact us at ventas1@selecmoda.com. 

Exchanges. We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Please email us at ventas1@selecmoda.com. 

Late or missing refunds. If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first and contact your financial institution. If the issue persists, reach out to us at ventas1@selecmoda.com. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
