The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Cotton Project S.A. (trading as "LAIA ALEN", "us" or "we") at laiaalen.com. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over with full legal capacity.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply.

1. Prices and delivery charges All prices displayed on laiaalen.com include applicable VAT. Delivery charges are clearly indicated during checkout, regardless of order size or weight.

2. Ordering Orders can be placed at laiaalen.com or by contacting us at ventas1@selecmoda.com. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund using the original payment method.

3. Delivery We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days of confirmation. You will receive delivery details by email. If your order does not arrive on time, please contact us at ventas1@selecmoda.com or call +34 972 262 262 (Mon–Fri, 08:00–13:00 and 15:00–18:00).

4. Right of withdrawal (EU customers) In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the last item in your order, without providing any reason. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

To exercise this right, initiate your request from your account or notify us in writing at ventas1@selecmoda.com or by calling 972 262 262 before the deadline expires. We will process your refund — excluding original delivery costs — within 10 days of receiving your cancellation notice, provided we have received the items or evidence of return. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Returns Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all labels and tags intact. Return shipping costs and any customs fees (for shipments outside the EU) are the responsibility of the customer. For full details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Payment methods We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Klarna. Payment is reserved at the time of ordering and charged upon dispatch. We reserve the right to verify payment details and decline orders where necessary. You will receive a legally required invoice in your shipping confirmation email.

7. Liability Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Our liability is limited to losses that are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach of these Terms, up to the total value of your order. We are not liable for indirect losses or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

For disputes arising from online purchases, EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

8. Product colours We make every effort to display product colours accurately. Actual colours may vary depending on your screen settings.

9. Guarantee We comply with all statutory guarantee regulations. If you receive defective or damaged goods, please contact us promptly at ventas1@selecmoda.com.

10. Intellectual property All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property on laiaalen.com remain the property of LAIA ALEN or its licensors. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

11. Severance If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
