Refund Policy

Returns
We currently do not offer exchanges. Instead, we encourage you to place a new order for your desired item and then return the original item for a refund (if eligible). For all returns enquiries, please visit our FAQ page or reach out via our live chat or email info@laiaalen.com or ventas1@selecmoda.com
To be eligible for a return or refud, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return write us an email ventas1@selecmoda.com and return the item to the following adress within the next 10 days of receiving your purchase :

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
International Returns

Please submit your return within 10 days of receiving your order to notify us of your return.

Your return can be sent via a courier of your choice and this method does not need to be express. We recommend using a service that is trackable.

Please note that if your order is from outside the UE and may inccur to any customs taxes we will be deducting the charged import duties & taxes from your refunds

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We will onfly proceed with the refund if the product has been unused and has the original tags on it.
Please note that if your order is from outside the UE and may inccur to any customs taxes we will be deducting the charged import duties & taxes from your refund
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ventas1@selecmoda.com and send your item to: BISBE SERRA 13 Olot Girona ES 17800.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Our warehouse team do ensure all items are subject to a quality control prior to dispatch.
In the unlikely case that you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer care department as soon as possible via ventas1@selecmoda.com. Please include your order number and any images of the fault/incorrect item and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
