Do I need an account to place an order?
You can shop without creating an account. However, we reccomend you to register to our newsletter in order keep you posted on our latest news.
How can I exchange or return an item?
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return item(s).

We'll proceed with the refund once we receive it . Please note the refund may take 3-4 working days to appear in your bank or paypal account.

In how many days I will get my package?
If you place your order within in Spain it usually takes 3-4 working days maximum.
However, if you are in a hurry you can always choose the express shipping option 1-2 working days.
Please note the first working day is the day after we receive your order.
For international orders, within the EU it usually takes 4-5 days . We ship via DHL.
For the US and Asia, it may take 8-10 days and we ship via DHL.
Please note we don't take care of any potential charges you may have to face in terms of customs taxes.

How do I clean my bag?
We strongly reccomend you to dry clean or hand wash your bag. Due to the delicate nature of this product please avoid strong solvents when cleaning.
Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size.

Tax and Customs payments
Please note we don't
take care of any potential charges you may have to face in terms of customs
Both the parties will have to make some payments from their end. The seller pays for packaging, insurance and the transportation cost for shipping the parcel to the buyer’s country. The buyer then bears the necessary costs at customs.
